SOFTWARE ESCROW <br /> Art Street will allow the client to "self- escrow." Once the system is in production, ASI will provide a copy of <br /> the system code via electronic media to the client. Third party software escrow is available as an option. <br /> The cost to setup and maintain the third party software escrow account is $895.00 per year. <br /> X. Data Migration <br /> Art Street Interactive will assist and consult the county during the data migration process. ASI will advise <br /> the county on the different options and methods of data migration according to the agreed upon goals and <br /> accessibility of the data. The overall goal will be to achieve business continuity for the county as it relates <br /> to the function of the system. <br /> Standard data migration includes the importation of customer records into the Camava system. The data <br /> must be able to be electronically exported from the legacy system and supplied to ASI to insert into the <br /> Camava system database. Additional transactional related data can be migrated into the system. The <br /> migration of transactional data may quoted and billed per the published rate schedule in section VIII. <br /> XI. PCI COMPLIANCE <br /> Credit Card Processing: ASI will work with the Redwood City Treasurers Office to ensure that PCI <br /> compliance requirements are met. The proposed solution is using a 3` party the Secure Payment Solution <br /> Provider, Authorize.Net. Authorize.Net is a Level one PCI DSS Validated Service Provider. Authorize.Net <br /> can be found on Visa's Global List of PCI DSS Validated Service Providers at the following link: <br /> http: / /usa.visa. com /down load/ merchants /cisp - list- of- pcidss- compliant - service - providers. pdf <br /> The Camava system integrates with Authorize.Net Server Integration Method. Authorize.Net will be used <br /> during the checkout process if the selected payment method is a credit card. During this process, all <br /> sensitive credit card information will be collected and transmitted by Authorize.Net via a secure web page <br /> hosted by Authorize.Net. Credit card information, once collected will be transmitted via a compatible <br /> processing platform to the clients current processor /bank. Using the proposed solution, Redwood City will <br /> retain and use their own Merchant ID and account with Wells Fargo. <br /> A separate payment gateway agreement will be required with Authorize.Net.
