�� .' aRT STREET ® i n t e r a c t i v e 5. Training Standard training included is completed via teleconference demonstration. The ASI training program is a "train the trainer" format, in which a limited number of "trainers" are taught the use and functionality of the system. Once the park staff "trainers" have completed the standard training they are empowered to teach other members of the client's staff. Standard training is limited to 8 hours (usually two 4 -hour sessions). Additional remote and onsite training is available at an additional cost. 6. Revisions Services and /or deliverables outside the ones listed in this work letter are subject to additional fees listed on the rate schedule found within Section VIII of this document. 7. Media Usage and Ownership The client is granted full ownership of graphic imagery which is created specific for the client. If this project includes the creation of Flash Media, deliverables and ownership are limited to the compiled media only (usually in the form of .swf or .exe files), the authoring files (usually .fla) remain the property of Art Street Interactive unless ownership or usage of these files is specifically transferred within this Work Letter. 8. Data Ownership The client, RCPRCS retains sole ownership over all customer data. 9. Software License The software may be used by the client only upon payment in full, and such license only allows Client to use application only, and does not in any way imply ownership by or rights of Client to the software code itself, which ownership and rights shall remained owned solely by ASI. All code developed by Art Street Interactive remains the exclusive property of Art Street Interactive. Client may remove the Art Street Interactive or other Art Street Interactive Product logo, but may not claim (explicitly or implicitly) to own the software code in any way (whether in writing, verbally, on their web sites, or in any other fashion) (this includes, but is not limited to, showing their own logo or text on the software in such a manner as to imply ownership of the software, or any other claims (whether explicit or implicit) to having developed or written the software). While Client may allow other developers to make modifications to the programming, in no way shall Client allow any of such developers to copy for their own use any programming or code. Additionally the client agrees not to repurpose program functionality or allow any other developers to repurpose program functionality for the purposes of building functionality for any other purpose other than fulfillment of obligations under this Work Letter. Many of the programming routines, methods, and techniques used in Art Street Interactive products are the intellectual property of Art Street Interactive and must be licensed for use. 11
