r <br /> ORIGIN�L <br /> AMENDMENT N0.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR <br /> 2010-2011 Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance <br /> The Professional Tree Care Company <br /> This Amendment No.2 is entered into and effective as of the � day of <br /> � , 201c� amending the agreement dated February 2, 2011 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ("City"), and The Professional Tree Care Company, ("Contractor") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties") for tree maintenance services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On February 2, 2011, the Parties executed the 2010-2011 Comprehensive <br /> Street Tree Maintenance Agreement in the amount of$200,000; and <br /> B. On May 1, 2012 the Parties executed Amendment 1 to the Agreement <br /> extending the Agreement for one year and adding additional compensation in the <br /> amount of$200,000 for a total contract price of$400,000. <br /> C. The Parties have agreed to extend the Agreement for an additional one (1) <br /> year term subject to the fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this <br /> � reference as Exhibit "A," Fees. <br /> ' NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time is hereby <br /> extended for an additional year, ending on March 5, 2014. <br /> 2. City will pay Contractor for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($ 230.000.00), for an <br /> aggregate contract price in an amount not to exceed the sum of ($620.000.00). <br /> Contractor will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to <br /> include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by <br /> City. <br /> 3. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the schedule attached <br /> as Exhibit A to the original Agreement. <br /> 4. At� other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to <br /> the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for <br /> this Amendment. <br /> 6.
