to liability under, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Disabled Persons Act, and all other state or federal laws protecting the rights of persons with disabilities. 5.11 Warranty of Authority to Execute Agreement. Each party to this Agreement represents and warrants that each person whose signature appears hereon has been duly authorized and has the full authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the entity that is a party to this Agreement. 5.12 Severability. If any term, covenant, condition or provision of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall to any extent be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of this Agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated thereby. 5.13 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which may be deemed an original, but both of which together shall be deemed a single Agreement. 5.14 Attribution to TA. CITY must include attribution that indicates work was sponsored by New Measure A Funding from the San Mateo County Transportation Authority. This provision applies to any project, or publication, that was funded in part or in whole by New Measure A funds. Acceptable forms of attribution include San Mateo County Transportation Authority branding on shuttle buses, project related documents, public information materials, the Project website, and any other applicable documents. 5.15 Entire Agreement.
