The Settlement Agreement outlined the topical areas for <br /> further evaluation and the minimum range of project alternatives to be considered in the <br /> environmental review for the Project. (Attachment 2) To commence this process, on <br /> November 22, 2010, the City Council approved an agreement for environmental consulting <br /> services with David Powers and Associates to prepare the Finger Avenue Project <br /> Environmental Impact Report (EIR). In January 2011, the City will also mail, publish and post <br /> on its website a Notice of Preparation (NOP) to notify responsible agencies of the State Office <br /> of Planning and Research, surrounding property owners and all parties to the Settlement <br /> Agreement that an EIR will be prepared in accordance with the stipulated judgment of the <br /> Superior Court for the County of San Mateo for the Finger Avenue Project.
