The Finger Avenue Settlement Agreement that is attached as Exhibit A shall <br /> 8 become the Order of the Court. <br /> 9 <br /> 2. The Court reserves jurisdiction over the issue of Petitioners' claim of entitlement <br /> 0 <br /> 11 to an award of reasonable private attorney general fees and costs pursuant to CCP section <br /> 12 1021.5. Any motion for said fees and costs shall be filed and served within 60 days of the filing <br /> 13 of the Notice of Entry of this Stipulated Judgment.
