EXHIBIT "B" <br /> METHOD OF PAYMENT <br /> SMC Sheriffs Office will provide a detailed invoice, with evidence of progress in achieving defined <br /> deliverables when requesting payment. <br /> The contract will be paid in one installment: <br /> • Payment to be invoiced upon completion of the project or by June 30, 2011. <br /> GRANT REPORTING <br /> • Data needs to be entered into the CaIOMs database by the 30th of each month and the 28th in <br /> the month of February. <br /> • Invoice will be submitted on a template provided which can be included as an attachment in the <br /> MOU. <br /> 6 <br />
