MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> February 24, 2003 <br /> MO. 03-39 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 13, 2003 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Public Works Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to authorize Task Order No.l to Dewey Pest Control <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.1 B <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 24, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Ruskin Motion to authorize Task Order No.1 to Dewey Pest Control <br />of San Francisco, California amending the Original Agreement (contract) for <br />Vector (Rodent and Cockroach) Control Services in the City of Redwood City, as <br />follows: (1) extend the term for one year, ending February 29, 2004 and (2) <br />increase the contract value to $62,442.00 for the period (Dewey Pest Control); <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
