The City Clerk is hereby directed to send a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the Agency whereupon the <br />Agency is vested with the responsibility for carrying out the <br />Redevelopment Plan, as herein adopted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 11. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record <br />with the County Recorder of San Mateo County a notice of the <br />approval and adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelop- <br />ment Project No. 2 pursuant to this Ordinance containing a <br />description of the boundaries of the Project Area and a state- <br />ment that proceedings for the redevelopment of the Project No. <br />2 have been instituted under the California Community Re- <br />development Law. <br /> <br /> SECTION 12. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit <br />a copy of this Ordinance, a description of the land within the <br />Project Area, and a map or plat indicating the boundaries of <br />the Project Area to the Auditor, Assessor and Tax Collector of <br />the County of San Mateo, to the officer or officers performing <br />the functions of auditor or assessor for any taxing agencies <br />which, in levying taxes, do not use the County assessment roll, <br />to the governing body of each of the taxing agencies which <br />levies taxes upon any property in the Project Area and to the <br />State Board of Equalization. <br /> <br /> SECTION 13. If any part of this Ordinance, or the Re- <br />development Plan for the Redevelopment Project No. 2 which it <br />approves,is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this <br /> <br /> 14 <br /> <br /> 1862 <br /> <br /> <br />
