RD-82-11 RD 82-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING 1982-83 BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33606 <br />(Community Redevelopment Law) the Redevelopment Agency must adopt <br />an annual budget; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33611 <br />(Community Redevelopment Law) the Redevelopment Agency must <br />submit to the legislative body of the community a proposed budget <br />of its administrative expenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director has submitted to this Agency <br /> <br />a proposed budget, a copy of which is attached to and made a part <br />hereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The proposed Budget of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City for the fiscal year 1982-83 is hereby <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br /> 2. The aforesaid Budget is hereby submitted and transmitted <br /> <br />to the City Council pursuant to the provisions of the Community <br />Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br /> RD-82-11 <br /> <br /> <br />
