S~C:djg-c 3/7/83 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> As provided in Health and Safety Codes Section 33401, this <br />Agency will, in the exercise of its discretionary powers, work <br />with the San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District. This <br />Agency hereby intends, subject to fiscal and budgetary limitations <br />applicable thereto, to use its best efforts to provide financial <br />assistance to alleviate financial burdens or detriments which may <br />be caused to the San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District as <br />a result of Redevelopment Project No. 2; provided, however, no <br />such payment will be made to the District by the Agency unless <br />the Agency finds and determines that such payment is necessary to <br />alleviate a financial burden or hardship on the District directly <br />resulting from tax increment financing of Project No. 2. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
