Ail documents, plans and <br />drawings, specifications, renderings, and other papers, or <br />copies thereof, as finally rendered, prepared by Consultant, <br />pursuant to the terms of this agreement, shall, upon prep- <br />aration, become the property of City. <br /> <br /> 12. Insurance. Consultant shall acquire and maintain <br />statutory workers' compensation insurance coverage, employer's <br />liability, comprehensive general liability insurance coverage <br />and professional liability insurance coverage.
