SW~C:djg-c 6/15/84 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE <br />- (MARINA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA) <br /> <br /> THAT AGREEMENT entitled "Exclusive Right to Negotiate <br /> (Marina Redevelopment Project Area) entered into June 21, 1982, <br /> by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, a public entity created pursuant to the Community <br /> Redevelopment Law of the State of California (Health and Safety <br /> Code, ~§33000, et seq.), by Ordinance No. 1491, adopted May 24, <br /> 1971, hereinafter referred to as "Agency", and DIVERSIFIED MARINA <br /> ENTERPRISES, a general partnership, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "DME", is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "2.
