DES:sh 8/24/84 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain Settlement Agreement providing for the <br />settlement of the Action and dismissal thereof against the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, a copy of which <br />Settlement Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy references is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said Settlement Agreement for <br />and on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> 2. Upon execution of the Settlement Agreement by all <br />parties thereto, the City Attorney for the Redevelopment Agency <br />is hereby authorized and directed to file, or permit to be filed, <br />said Settlement Agreement in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
