Given our resources <br /> and our consultant expertise, what we offer makes MAXIMUS the best value for the client's investment. <br /> This section outlines our fee structure and method of payment offered to the City of Redwood City. <br /> 4.1 FIXED FEE <br /> We propose to prepare and file the eligible fiscal year 2009 -2010 actual cost reimbursement claims for <br /> $9,100. This fee is inclusive of all professional fees and expenses. <br /> 4.2 METHOD OF PAYMENT <br /> We propose the total fee to be invoiced in three installments, as follows: <br /> • Forty percent (40 %) in February; <br /> • Forty percent (40 %) in March; and <br /> • Twenty percent (20 %) in May within the fiscal year of work performed. <br /> We are happy to discuss and determine reasonable alternatives should the City of Redwood City desire an <br /> alternative arrangement. <br /> PROPRIETARY 8 <br />
