Powers & Associates (DJP &A) is pleased to offer this proposal to prepare a Focused <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the proposed multi - family residential project to be located at 2580 <br /> El Camino Real in Redwood City. <br /> For 39 years, DJP &A has been providing professional consulting services to public agencies and <br /> private developers in all areas of environmental planning. Our focus is the preparation of <br /> environmental review documents, meeting the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
