F. COST ESTIMATE <br /> We anticipate that the cost to complete the EIR will not exceed $84,140, as summarized below. This <br /> is a conservative estimate to accomplish the proposed scope of work. Our work will be billed on a <br /> time and materials basis, in accordance with the attached fee schedule and as outlined below. If we <br /> do not need all the time that has been budgeted, we will only charge you for the time that we have <br /> actually spent completing the work. <br /> This scope of work assumes that there will be no issues arising that would require any additional <br /> technical analysis or documentation.
