<br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES
<br /> The following is a list of services to be performed by Consultant and Sub - consultants to provide the City
<br /> with planning, site acquisition, and due diligence for the property located at 1548 Maple Street, Redwood City:
<br /> I. Site Acquisition Services
<br /> a. Negotiate purchase terms with seller.
<br /> b. Coordinate acquisition with the Title Company and legal support.
<br /> c. Coordinate and analyze appraisal.
<br /> d. Coordinate with City on CEQA issues related to site acquisition.
<br /> e. Coordinate with City on the preparation of Purchase Contract.
<br /> f. Perform due diligence for the acquisition, with the scope including but not limited to filling out
<br /> each field in the Due Diligence Checklist.
<br /> g. Coordinate with City on the preparation of staff reports for Board meetings.
<br /> II. Project Management and Coordination
<br /> a. Coordinate, lead, and track the status of regular coordination meetings with the City and
<br /> consultants.
<br /> b. Attend other meetings as needed to complete the scope of work outlined above.
<br /> c. Assist the City Manager with staff reports for Board Meetings, as required.
<br /> III. Outside Consultants
<br /> a. Retain, coordinate, and manage sub - consultants to support the services outlined above.
<br /> IV. Em
<br /> The total fee to cover the scope of services detailed above is not to exceed two hundred sixty -four
<br /> thousand seventy-five dollars ($264,075). The projected allocation of these funds, to be managed
<br /> by Sares Regis and approved by the City, is as follows:
