6.1D <br /> Page 10 <br /> 4.5 Submission of Insurance Policies. City reserves the right to require, at anytime, <br /> complete and certified copies of any or all required insurance policies and <br /> endorsements. <br /> 4.6 Primary Coverage. For any claims related to this Agreement, the Owner's <br /> insurance coverage will be primary insurance with respect to City, its officers, agents, <br /> volunteers and employees. Any insurance or self - insurance maintained by City for itself, <br /> its officers, agents, volunteers and employees, will be in excess of Owner's insurance <br /> and not contributory with it. <br /> 4.7 Reduction in Coverage /Matei Changes. Owner will notify City thirty (30) days <br /> prior to any reduction in any of the insurance coverage required pursuant to this <br /> Agreement or any material changes to the respective insurance policies. <br /> 5. Ownership of Improvements. It is agreed that title and ownership of all <br /> Improvements constructed for the benefit of City by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon <br /> completion and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> 6. Work Subiect to Approval. All work provided for in this Agreement and more <br /> specifically described in the plans and specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the <br /> approval of, and acceptance by, the City Engineer, Engineering and Construction before the <br /> release of any security required herein. Such approval and acceptance shall not be <br /> unreasonably withheld. Reference is hereby made to (a) those certain revised specifications <br /> entitled, "Engineering Standards of the City of Redwood City", adopted December 4, 2006, and <br /> (b) those certain plans on file in the office of the City Engineer, Engineering and Construction <br /> entitled, "Lathrop PARC, Lathrop Post -Acute Recovery Center 134 Maple Street Redwood City, <br /> CA" for a more particular description of the work and Improvements generally described in this <br /> Agreement. Said plans and specifications referenced in this paragraph are hereby incorporated <br /> herein and made a part of this Agreement. Upon completion of the aforementioned work, and <br /> prior to the release of any security required herein, Owner shall furnish City with a complete set <br /> of plans and drawings showing the Improvements in their actual or as built" condition and <br /> location. <br /> ATTY /AGR/2011.014/ 134 MAPLE IMPROVEMENT 5 <br /> 021711 <br />
