<br /> A portion of Maple Street as deeded to the State of Cali-
<br /> fornia by Executor's Deed of John E. Layng, recorded
<br /> September 24, 1957, in the office of the San Mateo County
<br /> • Recorder, State of California, in Volume 3283 of Official
<br /> Records, at page 368; and
<br /> as relinquished to the City of Redwood City by that certain
<br /> Relinquishment of State Highway, recorded February 6, 1961,
<br /> in the office of the San Mateo County Recorder, State of
<br /> California, in Volume 3930 of Offical Records at page 438;
<br /> and being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Maple
<br /> Street, 60.00 feet in width, and the northwesterly center -
<br /> line prolongation of Oddstad Drive, 60.00 feet in width as
<br /> said streets are delineated on that certain map entitled
<br /> "Oddstad Industrial Park, Redwood City, California ", re-
<br /> corded October 26, 1964, in the office of the San Mateo County
<br /> Recorder, State of California, in Volume 61 of Maps at pages
<br /> 8, 9, and 10; THENCE along said centerline prolongation of Odd -
<br /> stad Drive, South 80 04' 16" East, a distance of 30.00 feet,
<br /> to a point of intersection with the northerly prolongation of
<br /> the easterly line of said Maple Street, said point also being
