Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> that certain agreement entitled "Agreement," by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City and Freeman - Sondgroth Construction Co., for <br /> the performance of said work in accordance with the above mentioned <br /> plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement is presently <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk to which reference is <br /> hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> condit ions thereof. <br /> 4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Freeman - <br /> Sondgroth Construction Co. is hereby waived. <br /> 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> upon execution by him of a contract for the performance of said <br /> work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> award. <br /> -2- <br />
