.r - • • CGM: yc: 4 /8/71 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> APR 19 11 <br /> RE SOLUT I ON NO. 6 1 4 9 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF ONE TRUCK CRANE ; AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of one truck crane to be used <br /> for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions, specifications, bid forms and agreement, for <br /> the furnishing of one truck crane to be used for municipal <br /> purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> in the aforementioned specifications. <br />
