That the entrances hereinafter designated to the street <br /> intersection hereinafter described, previously declared to be <br /> stop entrances, shall no longer be stop entrances, and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause the stop signs <br /> heretofore erected to be removed from the following locations: <br /> (a) Arguello Street and Whipple Avenue: <br /> Stop signs to be removed from Arguello Street <br /> controlling traffic traveling in both directions <br /> on Arguello Street at its intersection with <br /> Whipple Avenue. <br />
