CGM:yc :4 /2/71 ORIGINAL APR 5 71 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 41 1 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR /t( USE OF THE VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING 1",1 / ^ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the following schedule of fees for the use of the Veterans Memorial Building is hereby approved and adopted in conformance with the rules and regulations for the use of the Veterans Memorial Building heretofore promulgated by the Park and Recreation Commission: I. Designated Facilities (excluding Little Theater and Lockers): (a) Group Ia Activities: No charges, all facilities. (b) ; Group I Activities, No charges, all facilities. (c) Group II, III, IV Activities: Kitchen use, $30.00, of which $25.00 may be refunded if kitchen is left clean and undamaged. (d) Group IV Activities: For use of Gold Star Room and /or Sunset Room - hourly room charge of $3.00. For use of Redwood Room - hourly room charge of $7.50. (e) Group V Activities: (1) Redwood Room - $75.00 for up to four hours; $25.00 for each hour or fraction thereof in excess of four hours. (2) Gold Star Room and Sunset Room - $25.00 for up to four hours; $10.00 for each hour or fraction thereof in excess of four hours. (3) Kitchen use, , $ 50.00, of which $ 25.00 may be refunded if kitchen is left clean and undamaged. (4) The Recreation Director or his appointed repre- sentative shall be on duty during the prepara- tion of the facilities by group prior to the use of the facilities and after use of facilities until facilities are restored to pre- existing condition. A rate of $3.50 per hour per representative shall be charged for each hour or fraction thereof that said representative shall be required to be present.
