■ <br /> 410 1111 CGM: /2/71 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> APR 5 11 <br /> RE S OLUT I ON NO. 447, <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY - "WOODSIDE ROAD GENERAL PLAN" <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a part of the <br /> General Plan of the City of Redwood City for portions of the <br /> City of Redwood City and adjoining unincorporated territory within <br /> its sphere of influence along Woodside Road between El Camino Real <br /> and Alameda de las Pulgas, generally known and described as the <br /> Woodside Road area; and <br /> WHEREAS, following public hearings, said Commission has <br /> forwarded to this Council its recommendation that said portion <br /> of the General Plan of the City of Redwood City be adopted in <br /> the form set forth in the document on file in the office of the <br /> Planning Director entitled "Woodside Road General Plan "; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due notice and public hearing, this Council <br /> desires to approve the recommendation of said Commission and <br /> adopt said "Woodside Road General Plan" as a part of the General <br /> Plan of the City of Redwood City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That this Council, after public hearing duly set, noticed <br /> and held, does hereby adopt the above entitled "Woodside Road <br /> General Plan" as a part of the General Plan of the City of Redwood <br /> City as set forth in that certain document on file in the office <br /> of the Planning Director to which document reference is hereby <br /> made for full particulars thereof. <br />
