That the property to be acquired is that certain real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: PARCEL I: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as shown on that certain map entitled "Falk Industrial Tract, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on June 3, 1968 in Book 67 of Maps at page 51. PARCEL II: A non - exclusive easement for ingress, egress and drive- way purposes over the Northwesterly 20 feet of Lot 6 as said Lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Falk Industrial Tract, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California," filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on June 3, 1968 in Book 67 of Maps at page 51. Said easement to be appurtenant to and for the benefit of Lots 1 and 5 as shown on said above mentioned map, and was created by Deed dated June 11, 1970 and recorded June 24, 1970 in Book 5798 of Official Records at page 328 (File No. 27143 -AD), Records of San Mateo County, California. 4. That the City Clerk is authorized and directed to publish notice of intention to acquire said real property in compliance with Section 3 -1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City and to accept and record any conveyance of said property on behalf of the City of Redwood City. 5. That it is hereby ordered that the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) heretofore appropriated in the municipal budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1970 -June 30, 1971, from the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for the Civic Center Project, be transferred from the stated appropriation to the appropriation for a Community Center Building, to provide a community center in the southerly portion of Redwood City, - 2 -
