(;$7,Z <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY - CONSENT TO GRANT OF EASEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of certain <br /> sanitary sewerage facilities for the Strategic Consolidation <br /> Sewerage Plan, the City of Redwood City requires the consent <br /> of the County of San Mateo to the grant of an easement over a <br /> portion of land leased by said County from third parties; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> ment providing for, among other matters, said consent upon payment <br /> to said County of the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty -seven Dollars <br /> ($857.00); and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said agreement and <br /> desires to approve and authorize execution of the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Between the <br /> County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City - Consent to <br /> Grant of Easement" (form dated 1/26/71), a copy of which is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
