A -54 <br />As, required by the Zoning Ordinance (Article 41), the Planning Commission <br />must first adopt a 'Resolution of Intention" before it can open the public hearing <br />on these amendments. Therefore staff is recommending that you first adopt the <br />attached Resolution of Intention and then open the public hearing.
