Priority Focus Bulletin No. 21 -2003. Council may direct staff to act on positions <br />taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus available in <br />City Clerk's Department.) <br />City Manager Everett — stated that a recent e-mail with Legislators addresses was <br />sent and he encouraged Council to communicate that the recent proposal to lay <br />more of the budget responsibility over multiple years on to cities is unacceptable <br />and would be devastating to our levels of service. He asked that Council <br />communicate immediately on this issue. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT— 12:25 a.m. <br />M/S Ira /Pierce to adjourn until the next City Council meeting of June 23, 2003.
