Aonlicability of haws and T itigation <br />Costs This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of California. Should any <br />action be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction, the <br />prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to <br />reimbursement by the other party for all reasonable attorney's <br />fees, court costs and other costs related to such litigation. <br />N <br />
