No access during the same time frame at the following intersections: Warren & Whipple, Allerton & Whipple, Alden & Winslow. (n) Friday, July 4 at the conclusion of the parade, the closure of Middlefield/Winslow from Jefferson Ave. to the parking lot adjacent to Pizza & Pipes. 11. The Permittee Will Provide: (a) Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. (b) Post "no parking" signs under the direction of the Police Department. (c) Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on Seaport and Seaport Court with sufficient time to allow for those businesses to accommodate the proposed street closures. 12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters:, Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4 of July parade, festival, arts & crafts fair, and fireworks display shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. 4
