That pursuant to Article 31 (Special Provisions), Section 31.20 (Arbors and <br />Trellises) of the Redwood City Zoning Codt, the attached Diagrams entitled "Arbors and <br />Trellises (Sec. 31.20) Plan View Diagram" ar,d "Arbors and Trellises (Sec. 31.20) <br />Elevation Diagrams" are hereby incorporated at the end of Article 31 of the Redwood <br />City Zoning Code. <br />Section 4. That Article 32, Section 32.11 (Construction in Yards) of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Code is hereby amended to add a new Subsection 32.11(E) to read as follows: <br />"E. Arbors and trellises, and other open structures, where determined by the <br />Zoning Administrator to be similar to arbors and trellises, and meeting all other <br />applicable requirements of Article 31. <br />Section 5. That Section 51.1 (Interpretation) of the Redwood City Zoning code is <br />hereby amended to add a new Subsection 51.1(D) to read as follows: <br />"D. Diagrams, figures and other graphics included in this Title are provided for <br />illustrative purposes only. Where there are any perceived conflicts <br />between such diagrams and figures and the accompanying text, the text <br />shall control and apply." <br />Section 6.
