411 110 <br /> (a) That the subject permit shall apply throughout the <br /> Planned Development area regardless of future changes <br /> of ownership. <br /> (b) That the interior walkways be designed to accommodate <br /> the dual purpose for pedestrian use and emergency <br /> vehicle use in certain areas as designated and to the <br /> satisfaction of the Redwood City Fire Department. <br /> (c) That roof construction of the buildings constructed <br /> within the area subject to PD 71 -01 be constructed of <br /> fire resistant materials as specified by Chapter 32 <br /> of the 1967 Uniform Building Code. <br /> (d) That the location and design of above ground fixtures <br /> within public rights of way and other public utility <br /> easements shall be subject to approval of the Redwood <br /> Shores Urban Design Committee. <br /> (e) That an Architectural Permit be obtained from the <br /> Architectural Committee pursuant to Section 45.2(a) <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> (f) That the Planned Development Permit be recorded prior <br /> to commencement of any construction. <br /> -2- <br />
