The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute that certain receipt of notice of assignment and copy of <br /> the abovementioned security agreement, and the City Clerk is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to transmit the same to the aforesaid <br /> Bank of America, South San Francisco Branch; provided, however, <br /> that consent of the surety under the aforesaid contract by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City and L.
