• ~` • <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve and authorize <br /> execution of said agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds and declares that the public <br /> interest, convenience and necessity require, and will be served <br /> by, the execution and performance by the parties thereto, of the <br /> agreement hereinafter in paragraph 2 described. <br /> 2. That certain agreement, by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Ampex Corporation, a California corporation, <br /> entitled "Agreement for Construction and Financing - Rolison Road <br /> Extension (Douglas and Broadway Abandonment and Broadway Lease - <br /> Back) ," a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> IC I <br /> -2- <br />
