SWC:s~ 3/6/87 (#19) <br /> SWC:s_ 3/6/87R (#19) <br /> SWC:sh 3/9/87R (919) <br /> <br />except as hereinafter modified by paragraph 3, and collectively <br />constitute the Conflict of Interest Code of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(B) of the Code <br />adopted hereby, all persons holding designated positions shall <br />file statements of economic interests, with the Executive <br />Director of the Agency, who shall make and retain a copy of each <br />statement and forward the originals to the City Clerk of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. All employees and consultants so designated by this <br />Code shall file annual Statements of Economic Interest as of <br />April 1, 1987, for the calendar year January 1, 1986 through <br />December 31, 1986. <br /> <br /> 4. The secretary is hereby directed to transmit a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City Council of the City <br />of Redwood City, which is the official code-reviewing body for <br />this Agency, and request said Council to approve the Conflict of <br />Interest Code hereby adopted. This Code shall not be effective <br />until approval hereof by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
