• • <br /> referred to hereinabove is no longer - necessary for public <br /> purposes, and that permanent facilities to serve the same <br /> purposes have been constructed and accepted by the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> 2. That, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the afore- <br /> said grant of temporary roadway easement, the Mayor and City <br /> Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit claim <br /> deed from the City of Redwood City to Leslie Properties, Inc., <br /> in the form attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A." <br /> 3. That the real property referred to hereinabove is all <br /> that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, <br /> County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br /> A parcel of real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br /> Mateo, State of California, being all of that parcel of land described in that <br /> Grant of Easement from Leslie Properties, Inc. to the City of Redwood City, <br /> recorded August 9, 1968 in Volume 5514, at Page 458, Official Records of said <br /> County, lying Northwesterly of that portion of said easement described in the <br /> Quit Claim Deed from the City of Redwood City to Leslie Inc. <br /> recorded March 30, 1970 in Volume 5763 at Page 579, Official Records of said <br /> County, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly boundary line of Redwood Shores Sub - <br /> division No. 1 as shown on that Plat recorded in Volume 67 of Maps at Page 43, <br /> records of said County, said point being also the most Westerly corner of said <br /> Subdivision; <br /> Thence, from said point of beginning, along said boundary line, along a curve of <br /> Radius 802.00 feet, concave Southwesterly, from a tangential bearing of <br /> South 63 20' 49" East at said point of beginning, through a central angle of <br /> 16 40' 27" for a distance of 233.40 feet to a point of tangency; <br /> Thence, continuing along said boundary, South 46 40' 22" East for a distance of <br /> 377.41 feet to the most Northerly corner of Lot 7, Block B of that Subdivision <br /> entitled Marina Park as said subdivision is shown upon that map recorded in <br /> Volume 70 of Maps at Page 5, Records of said county; <br /> Thence, continuing along said boundary, South 46 40' 22" East for 'a distance <br /> of 75.00 feet to the most Northerly corner of Lot 2, Block A of that Subdivision <br /> entitled Dolphin Subdivision No. 1 as shown on the maps recorded in Volume 69 <br /> of Maps at Pages 6 and 7, Records of said County; <br /> • <br /> -2- <br />
