410 411 CGM:yc :2/2/71 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> i8 8 71 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. &VS 44 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING DESIGNATED <br /> ENTRANCES TO DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS TO BE STOP <br /> ENTRANCES; AND ELIMINATING CERTAIN HERETOFORE <br /> ESTABLISHED STOP ENTRANCES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.34 of <br /> the Code of the City of Redwood City, the entrances hereinafter <br /> designated to the street intersections hereinafter described are <br /> hereby declared to be stop entrances, and the City Manager is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to cause stop signs to be erected <br /> and maintained at the locations specified herein: <br /> (a) Woodside Road and Kentucky Street: <br /> Stop sign to be erected on Woodside Road to control <br /> traffic traveling in a southerly direction on Woodside <br /> Road into Woodside (Service) Road at its intersection <br /> with Kentucky Street. <br /> (b) Woodside (Service) Road and Carolina Avenue: <br /> Stop signs to be erected on Woodside (Service) Road <br /> to control traffic traveling in both directions on <br /> Woodside (Service) Road at its intersection with <br /> Carolina Avenue. <br /> 2. That the entrances hereinafter designated to the street <br /> intersection hereinafter described, previously declared to be <br /> stop entrances, shall no longer be stop entrances, and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause the stop signs <br /> heretofore erected to be removed from the following locations: <br /> (a) Woodside (Service) Road and Maryland Street: <br /> Stop signsto be removed from Woodside (Service) Road <br /> controlling traffic traveling in both directions on <br /> Woodside (Service) Road at its intersection with <br /> Maryland Street. <br />
