ft <br /> Redwood City that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form <br /> dated 2 /8/71) between the City of Redwood City and Roberts <br /> Company for the performance of said <br /> work in accordance with the above mentioned specifications, and <br /> in accordance with Contractor's proposal, a copy of which agree- <br /> ment is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> 3. That any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph <br /> 1 hereof are hereby waived. <br /> 4. That any and all other bids received by the City of <br /> Redwood City for the performance of said work, other than the <br /> bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> 5. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful <br /> bidder upon execution by it of the contract for the performance <br /> of said work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract <br /> upon award. <br /> -2- <br />
