RD-87-05 RD 87-05 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS FOR <br /> SEAPORT BOULEVARD/SEAPORT COURT TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT; <br /> APPROVING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S PARTICIPATION IN <br /> THE FUNDING OF SAID PROJECT UNDER THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY <br /> SAFETY ACT; AND AUTHORIZING THE REDEVELOPMENT SECRETARY <br /> TO FILE A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION WITH THE SAN <br /> FRANCISCO OFFICE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT <br /> OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City ("Agency") certain <br />specifications and plans for the Seaport Boulevard/Seaport Court <br />traffic signal project ("Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires to signify its approval of said <br />plans and specifications, and approve the Agency's participation <br />in the funding of the equipment costs for Project under the <br /> <br />Federal Highway Safety Act; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Plans and <br />Specifications for Seaport Boulevard/Seaport Court Traffic Signal <br />Project-Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the City of Redwood City's Department of <br />Engineering and on file in the office of the Agency's Secretary, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Agency's participation in the funding of the <br />equipment costs for the Project under the Federal Highway Safety <br /> <br /> 87- 05 <br /> <br /> <br />
