Any informality in the aforementioned bid of AAA <br /> Construction, Inc., is hereby waived. <br /> 4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> for the aforementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to the successful bidder upon execution of the contract <br /> for the performance of the work, and to all unsuccessful bidders, <br /> all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> -2- <br />
