EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES. FEE AND TIME SCHEDULE <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Reporting and consultation associated with NPDES permit for garage dewatering system for the <br /> "On Broadwa�l' parking garage facility located at 850 Jefferson Avenue in Redwood City, CA. <br /> Task 1:Quarterly/Annual Reporting <br /> Consultant shall review monitoring of the treatment system monthty. Consultant shall prepare a <br /> draft Quarterly Monitoring Report as per NPDES permit requirements, for the City's review, prior <br /> to report finalization and submittal to the RWQCB. Consultant shall upload the report into <br /> Geotracker in pdf format. Consultant shall provide a pdf version of each final report to the City. <br /> Each report shall include a letter of transmittal, a complianoe evaluation summary, a location <br /> map, the results of analyses and observations (sampling and analyses to be performed by City), <br /> data on flow and mass removed, and operational status. Consultant shall produce the fourth <br /> quarter report that also serves as an Annual Report covering the previous calendar year. In <br /> addition to the quarterly report requirements, Consultant shall include in the Annual Report a <br /> comprehensive discussion of the compliance record and any corrective actions necessary. <br /> Task 2. Permit Renewal <br /> Consultant shall prepare applications for renewal of discharge permit in 2014 and 2015 as per <br /> San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements. Consultant shall submit <br /> the 2014 Application by March 29, 2014 and shall submit the 2015 Application as required by <br /> the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Task 1 shall be performed for a lump sum amount of $20,625.00.
