Fee Proposal A flat fee of $3,000 will be charged for the delivery of the FF &E appraisal. The fee estimate included herein is exclusive of any time which may be required for litigation support, which includes: extensive assistance to attorneys in the discovery process; review of opposing appraisal reports; deposition preparation and testimony; and court preparation and testimony. Fees for these services are billed at the appropriate hourly rate. The rate for deposition and court testimony for our fixtures and equipment appraisal services is $200 per hour. It should be noted that if we run into unforeseen issues in performing these appraisal services, or if there is significant delay in receiving the necessary information, the fees might exceed the amounts discussed above. If such difficulties are encountered, we will notify you immediately for your authorization before proceeding further. Timing Assuming we receive timely cooperation from the Business' ownership and do not encounter any unforeseen delays or valuation issues, we anticipate completion of the fixtures and equipment appraisal within ten days of your authorization to proceed.
