AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br /> TO <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> (Administrative Services) <br /> This Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services ( "Amendment ") is entered into and <br /> effective as of ' , 2011, between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CI , a public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of California ( "Agency "), and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> charter city and municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of <br /> California ( "City ") (collectively, the "Parties "), to modify and amend that certain Agreement for <br /> Services, dated January 8, 2003, and effective as of July 1, 2002 (the "Original Agreement ") and <br /> Amended by Amendment No. 1 dated July 1, 2008 (the "Amendment No. 1") between the <br /> Parties. The Original Agreement and Amendment No. 1 are referred to collectively herein as the <br /> "Agreement." <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and City entered into the Agreement pursuant to which City has <br /> agreed to provide to Agency certain administrative services (the "Services ") to assist Agency in <br /> operating its day -to -day functions, and Agency has agreed to reimburse City for such Services, <br /> all as set forth in the Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to modify and amend the Agreement as set forth <br /> herein, to clarify the Services and procedures to be followed for reimbursement of the costs of <br /> such Services provided, as set forth herein. <br /> Agreements <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do hereby mutually agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Services. Exhibit A, Scope of Services, is hereby deleted. Section 1 <br /> (Scope of Services) is hereby revbised in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> "The City shall provide administrative services to the Redevelopment Agency <br /> during the term of this Agreement based on the allocation of staff hours as <br /> outlined in each adopted Annual Budget. These services shall include legal, <br /> financial, and human resources management, and may include other services as <br /> needed.
