NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> Agency hereby approves and authorizes the Executive Director to execute the Option <br /> Agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> Agency for the Parcels owned by the Agency, subject to any minor conforming, <br /> technical or clarifying changes approved by the Agency Counsel, and to execute such <br /> additional documents, including grant deeds, and take such further actions or steps as <br /> are necessary to consummate the transaction. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> Agency at a regular meeting held on the 7 day of March 2011 by the following vote: <br /> ATTY /RESO.2114 /REDWOODCITY RDA RESO AUTHORIZING OPTION AGREEMENT RD # 11 -02 <br /> 030411 MUFF # 405 <br /> 2 <br />
