A. Full compensation will be paid for all work involved in installing the City supplied <br /> forestry waste mulch. This work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, <br /> hauling the mulch from 1400 Broadway to the project site and installing it. <br /> B. Payment for this item will be made at the contract unit price and no additional <br /> compensation will be made. <br /> FENCE REMOVAL <br /> A. Contractor shall remove all fence posts, fence fabric, and concrete footings from <br /> the perimeter of the site. Contractor shall haul and dispose of the fencing <br /> material. <br /> B. Full compensation for this work shall be made at the contract unit price paid for <br /> this bid item, complete in place, and no additional compensation will be made <br /> therefore. <br /> SIGN RELOCATION <br /> A. Contractor shall relocate the existing "one -way" sign from the fence. Contractor <br /> may post the sign onto one of the existing fence posts. Exact located shall be as <br /> directed by the City Engineer in the field. <br /> B. Individual components or element of this bid item will not be measure for payment, <br /> but shall be included in the contract unit price for this bid item, complete in place, <br /> and no additional compensation will be made therefore. <br />
