Bolanos <br />Police Chief <br />July 1, 2003 <br />Ms. Nancy Nobriga <br />RhodyCo Productions <br />1417 Irving Street <br />San Francisco, CA 94404 <br />Dear Ms. Nobriga: <br />The Police Chief, has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the San <br />Francisco Chronicle, and RhodyCo Productions to conduct the "Tour de Peninsula" <br />bicycle ride in Redwood City. This event is subject to and in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions herein. <br />Permission is granted to the San Francisco Chronicle, and RhodyCo Productions <br />(collectively "Permittee ") by the City of Redwood City ( "City"). The permit is subject <br />to the following terms and conditions: <br />Name of Event: The "Tour de Peninsula" shall be conducted by the <br />Permittee. <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by City. <br />3. Non - Transferability: This permit is non - transferable. <br />4. Location The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Brewster <br />Avenue between Sequoia High School and Alameda de las Pulgas, and <br />Alameda de las Pulgas between Brewster Avenue and the north city limits. <br />5. Date and Time: The "Tour de Peninsula" shall be conducted on Sunday, <br />August 3, 2003, Set -up shall begin no earlier than 6:00 a.m., with the event <br />commencing at 8:00 a.m. and ending by 1:00 p.m. The course shall be <br />completely cleared by 2:00 p.m. <br />6.
