REPORT <br />June 30, 2003 <br />CO-ID-1 <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />Subject <br />Appointment to Senior Affairs Commission <br />Recommendation <br />Motion to appoint Vincent Truscelli to the unexpired term ending May 31, 2004. <br />Background <br />A vacancy has occurred on the Senior Affairs Commission. Because the vacancy presents <br />the possibility of a lack of quorum, it is recommended that the sole applicant at this time be <br />appointed to serve the remainder of the term.
