Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding <br /> (MOU) with the County of San Mateo regarding potential replacement jail <br /> facilities on properties located on Chemical Way (generally known as the <br /> Woodhouse Industrial Park Property) for which the City has options to <br /> purchase that are assignable to the County. The MOU shall be in the form <br /> attached, subject minor, technical changes, if any, approved by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> 2.
