• EXHIBIT A CITY OF REDWOOD CITY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2010-1 (ONE MARINA) DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES ELIGIBLE TO BE FUNDED BY THE DISTRICT FACILITIES It is intended that the District will be authorized to finance all or a portion of the costs of any of the following improvements to be owned by the District: 1. Facilities: a. Any and all District costs, including payment of equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) fees, associated with the construction of or District financial contribution to any "All Zones, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, or Zone D East 101 Public Infrastructure Requirements as set forth in Exhibit D to the Development Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to: • The Bloomquist Bridge Extension; • The Highway 101 pedestrian undercrossing; • All grading, temporary access roads, erosion control, sanitary sewer, potable water, storm sewer, reclaimed water, natural gas line; communication lines; electrical facilities; street lights; pedestrian lights; pedestrian walkways; landscape; signage; paving; curb and gutter; striping; erosion control; or other improvements necessary to construct or reconstruct Bair Island Road including all planning, design, construction supervision; geotechnical; survey and overhead design review and inspection fees necessary to complete same; • East Bayshore Road Pavement; • New potable water lines under Highway 101; • Regional water storage tank including land acquisition; • Sanitary sewer pump station; • Storm sewer pump station; and • Any planning, design review fees, permit, inspection, construction observation, overhead, as built drawings; and other third party costs to include entities controlled by a public utilities commission and the like associated with the construction and completion of the facilities; b. Any and all facilities to be located within the public utility or street easements, which easements are dedicated to the City or for the benefit of the "public," or flood control improvements, to include but not be limited to: • Fill and bank improvements; • On site parks and appurtenances; A -1
